There is zephyr in self validation. We often forget to appreciate how far we've come. It is easy to get frustrated when you haven't reached a goal. Overwhelmed by pondering on how much control you think you need. A step towards forgiving yourself is to understand that your best will vary each day and night. Tell yourself, "at least I made it this far". Before others do it, be kind and appreciate every aspect of yourself. You must be your biggest fan.
